Second Generation Acrylic Adhesive (SGA)
Second Generation Acrylic Adhesive (SGA) is a structural 2-part modified acrylate adhesive. SGA has excellent bonding strength on various materials including metals, ceramics, magnet, and plastics etc. It is widely used as an adhesive alternative to sheet metal welding and riveting. It also copes with a wide range of designs such as joining of dissimilar substrates. Unlike traditional structural adhesives, AICA AIBON cures at room temperature, which significantly improves work efficiency as there is no need for heating equipment. SGA has been successfully applied in various fields, including loudspeakers, transformers, motors, and other electrical components, elevators, automobiles, metal cabinets, construction materials, etc.
